Role Overview: Reliance Jio mein Customer Service Executive ka role bahut hi important hai. Education Requirement
- 10 + 2 (High School) ya Graduation degree kisi bhi discipline mein.
Experience Requirement
- Kam se kam 6 mahine ka experience BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) role mein hona chahiye.
- 6 mahine se 2 saal tak ka overall work experience customer service ya related fields mein preferred hai.
Job Responsibilities
- Customers ke saath sabhi interactions manage karna.
- Jab customer call kare, toh poori responsibility lena.
- Customers se appropriate tone aur language mein baat karna.
- Sabhi customer interactions ke liye solution-based approach rakhna.
- Har opportunity pe customer ko educate karna.

- Rostered timing, scheduled shifts, aur activities ka palan karna.
