Job Description:
Picker:
- Efficiently pick items from inventory based on order requests.
- Ensure accuracy in item selection and handling.
Packer:
- Safely pack products for shipping, ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for dispatch.
Scanner:
- Accurately scan items for inventory management and order processing.
- Maintain and update records of scanned items and manage stock levels.
Qualifications:
- Education: 10th/12th grade or Graduate.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehouse operations is advantageous but not required. Freshers with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Attention to detail, basic understanding of inventory management, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary:
- DEO: ₹13,279 per month
- Associate: ₹12,044 per month
Additional Earnings:
- Attendance Bonus: ₹500
- Leave Encashment: ₹800
- Night Allowance: ₹120 per night
- Overtime: ₹113 per hour
- Availability Bonus: Up to ₹7,500 per month based on attendance and working days.
