About the Role

As an Investigation Associate, you’ll play a vital role in Amazon’s Shopping Experience Protection Operations (SEPO) team. This team is responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy shopping experience by analyzing transactions, eliminating risks, and building trust with customers, sellers, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Investigating and analyzing seller transactions to identify risks.
• Taking necessary actions based on standard operating procedures.
• Documenting findings with detailed notes and annotations.
• Communicating with customers via email or phone during investigations.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve escalations.
• Analyzing performance metrics to achieve business goals.
• Ensuring high-quality results while meeting productivity targets.
